Our stores are now reopened for business! We are following all COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and team members. Please join us in following these guidelines and be patient with us as we navigate this together.
Masks: masks will be required for entry into our stores and all team members will be wearing them as well.
Social distancing: we’re practicing social distancing and ask for everyone to keep six feet apart from each other. With regards to alterations, however, there may be moments when the alteration specialist is in close proximity to you.
Extra cleaning: we value the safety of our customers and team members so we are taking extra precautions to ensure ours stores are cleaned and sanitized every day. We will be wiping down fitting rooms, handles, surfaces, and equipment after every appointment and will steam gowns between customers. Your stylist will always wear gloves and a mask, and there will be sanitizing stations throughout the store. Our modified hours allow us extra time to be able to sanitize and clean our stores. Appointments: we encourage you to make an appointment and cap your entourage at two VIP’s so we can best accommodate you. Feel free to invite additional guests virtually! Walk-ins are always welcomed. If you do not feel comfortable shopping in person due to COVID-19 or cannot make it to your appointment, virtual video appointments are also available.
